Position Description

iPullRank is looking for a Manager of Market Research & Analytics to work alongside the SEO, Content and Development teams to perform analyses and uncover valuable insights from our clients’ user/customer data sets (i.e. web analytics, sales, marketing etc.) which guide audience segmentation, keyword research, KPI measurement, optimization, and content strategy.

The main responsibilities for this role will be to understand clients’ business needs, perform research, and provide insights that impact clients’ decision making and business goals. Specifically, the Manager of Customer Insights will perform market and audience research, competitive analyses, keywords research, KPI measurement planning, survey analysis, optimization tests, exploratory analysis and performance reporting. This role sits at the intersection of market research and analytics.

The Manager of Market Research & Analytics will also play a critical role in helping the team construct and employ scalable statistical and mathematical models that can be used across data analyses. Position Description

iPullRank is looking for an enthusiastic office administrator to join our operations team and drive the management of our office space. The Office Administrator plays a fundamental role in driving our company culture, keeping us collaborative and supporting the growth of our team. There is a potential for every day to be different and the tasks to vary. iPullRank moves a mile a minute, so we need an Office Administrator that can come in with a PROUD attitude to anticipate our needs and get things done. The ideal candidate has office management experience in a fast-paced environment coupled with strong problem-solving skills

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Support our team specifically with new hires, current employees and vendor management.
  • Plan fun, engaging office events and team building activities.
  • Open the office every morning and ensure that everything is in order.
  • Maintain the aesthetic integrity of the office, including conference rooms, kitchen, front desk, etc.
  • Provide general support, including organizing supplies, scheduling and inventory management
  • Assisting with travel booking and reservations
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High energy, welcoming and proactive personality
  • Resourceful, motivated, efficient, flexible, and positive attitude
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
  • Ability and desire to build and maintain strong relationships with team and applicable internal and external contacts
  • Strong time management and sensitivity to deadlines
  • Superior judgment , discretion, and ability to protect confidential information
  • Ability to anticipate needs, trouble-shoot and solve problems in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
  • At least 2+ years’ experience managing an office or as an administrative assistant
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and wear many hats to get the job done
  • Detail oriented and desire to iterate and make improvements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with internal employees as well as building management and external vendors
