You’ll sit at the center of a multidisciplinary team — SEO engineers, content strategists, writers, analysts, and designers — plus external partners such as developers and platform specialists. You won’t directly manage these team members, but you’ll lead through influence: keeping everyone accountable, translating client feedback into clear action, and proactively spotting issues before they become blockers. Salary range: $95K-115K
We’re looking for a seasoned Business Development Lead at iPullRank — owning the responsibility of converting our industry–leading thought leadership, inbound demand, and strategic outbound efforts into closed revenue. This is a true hunter-minded role, designed for a salesperson who knows how to build pipeline proactively, juggle multiple complex deals, and consistently close six-figure professional services engagements.
You’ll work closely with our Founder & CEO and senior leadership to turn webinars, speaking engagements, SEO Week, referrals, and reactivated past leads into long-term client relationships—while also building your own outbound motion against a clearly defined ICP. This is not a role for someone waiting on leads to land in their lap. You’ll be expected to hunt strategically, follow a disciplined sales process, and take full ownership of your number.

We need a Senior Content Strategist to join our team to facilitate content strategy projects for our various clients. This position will be responsible for leading and developing client-specific content strategy for an industry-leading financial services company and will work with other team members to execute on content campaigns and ensure that content objectives are being met. This role will complete content audits and develop keyword research. This role will develop content strategy, information architecture, brand messaging architecture and ensure governance models are followed. You will lead editorial development from topic ideation to content publication and work with internal production teams to ensure content is delivered to strategy and performance.
This role is ideal for someone looking to cross the chasm between content strategy and execution with an interest in agency experience. This job may be hybrid or remote. Salary range: $90-110K
We need a Content Engineer at iPullRank who is an architect of content from a perspective. They are responsible for helping our clients understand, apply and drive search performance across modalities. With advanced understanding of search algorithms, machine learning, and AI search, the Content Engineer leads content marketing efforts that bridge the gap between SEO, content strategy, and relevance engineering to offer in-depth and strategic content from a technical and algorithmic perspective.
This role will lead internal initiatives and collaborate with the Head of Content to actively develop new strategies and methodologies to share internally, with our agency’s clients, and with the SEO community. This job may be hybrid or remote. East Coast preferred but U.S.-based required. Salary range: $100-120K
We need a Senior Account Manager to own the success, growth, and execution of complex client engagements. This role sits at the intersection of account management, project management, and consultative sales.
As a Senior Account Manager, you are not only the primary client contact — you are the operational lead for the account. You are responsible for translating client goals into executable plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring work is scoped, scheduled, tracked, and delivered on time and to standard. Working with the Client Services, SEO, and Content Strategy teams, you will be hands-on in data management and visualization, quantitative data analysis, problem-solving, statistical modeling, and developing business cases and opportunities for our client programs. We’re looking for someone with strong data analysis and market segmentation skills. Salary range: $70K-100K

The client-facing role works directly with client teams to deliver best-in-class SEO that drives results. This person will lead technical SEO efforts for a series of clients and collaborate extensively with Mike King to actively contribute to SEO research to develop new strategies to share with the SEO community. This position is US-based only and may be hybrid or remote. Salary range: $100K-120K.

The client-facing role works directly with Client teams to deliver best-in-class SEO that drives results. This person will contribute to SEO efforts and collaborate extensively with the Director of SEO and Mike King to actively contribute to SEO research to develop new strategies and with the SEO community. Salary range: $70,000-$85,000.
We need a Search Engine Optimization Manager to join our team to perform site auditing, keyword research, competitive analysis, log file audits, backlink audits, and to help with content marketing and client reporting. The SEO Manager is a master of all things Google with a technical mindset and an understanding of how Organic Search plays with the rest of the marketing mix. The client-facing role works directly with Client teams to deliver best-in-class SEO that drives results. This person will lead SEO efforts and collaborate extensively with The Director of SEO and Mike King to actively contribute to SEO research to develop new strategies and with the SEO community. This role may be hybrid or remote. Salary range: $80,000-$95,000.
Weare looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and support site auditing, keyword and persona research, content strategy, competitive analysis, link building, content marketing, client reporting, and proposal building.
We are looking for someone who has an interest in and some level of experience in SEO who can also support content strategy initiatives. The Digital Marketing Associate will work with the SEO and Content Strategy teams to identify causes of changes in clients’ websites’ organic search performance and, through research and ideation, help develop programs that will improve conversion of organic traffic. Salary: $65,000
